📋 Description
- Lead integration of Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy stack onto next‑gen aircraft platforms from
- Coordinate hardware and software alignment across aircraft engineering and autonomy teams
- Drive program plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and readiness for production and operational
- Partner with product managers, engineering leads, operations, and leadership to define objectives
- Manage integrated project plans and ensure alignment with hardware, software, manufacturing, lab
- Coordinate system integration activities across labs, ground test, and flight test operations
🎯 Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s; or 9 years with a
- Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production
- Strong technical understanding of software-enabled systems, autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex
- Proven track record managing program execution across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and
- Experience with PMRs, gate reviews, and estimates; exceptional communication and stakeholder
- Analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills; ownership mindset and collaboration.
