Staff Engineer, Software Embedded Applications (R5033)

📋 Description

• Embedded software in C/C++ for X-BAT aircraft avionics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and autonomy
• Develop software for modern avionics sensors and UAV subsystems
• Integrate software from multiple departments (firmware, tests, AI, GCS)
• Design and implement architecture updates and future architectures
• Develop tools to improve deployment, testing, and data analysis within CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• Strong embedded software development in C/C++
• OO programming and modern C++ concepts
• Embedded software, BSPs or equivalent systems software
• Computer architecture, OS, and network protocol fundamentals
• Proven ownership of development processes and features
• Technical documentation and shipping product experience
