🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years in software/deployment/applications engineering roles
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership
• Customer-facing technical leadership experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; proficient in C++ and Python
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
