📋 Description

• Audit and embed into core supplier processes
• Resolve SMT/PCBA defects and process issues
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions (PFMEA)
• Ensure IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 adherence
• On-site supplier audits for quality and performance
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Hands on SMT/PCBA experience
• Know IPC-A-610, J-STD-001
• Ability to read PCBA drawings and key features
• Willingness to travel ~50%+ to domestic/international suppliers
