📋 Description

• Oversee custody, tracking, perfection, and administration of original loan collateral for
• Serve as liaison with title companies, custodians, county offices, lenders, investors, servicers
• Maintain accurate collateral records to meet investor and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage operations, collateral management, document custody, loan servicing
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage documentation and chain-of-custody practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with document custodians and county recording processes a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office.
