📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes and fill roles within timelines
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and craft strategies
• Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networks
• Create and manage job ads to maximize reach
• Ensure great candidate experience and positive employer branding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• 1-3 years of end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset
• Good English communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Facebook and other networking tools
