We are an ABA therapy provider serving children and families across the United States. We are seeking a highly professional, articulate, and compassionateIntake Specialist and Rethink Coordinatorto support our clinical and operations teams during after-hours coverage.
This role is responsible for two critical functions:
- Handling after-hours intake calls from families and referral sources
- Supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with onboarding, training, and technical support inside the Rethink platform
This person represents our company to both families and clinicians, so professionalism, communication skills, and emotional intelligence are essential.
Working hours:
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time
Important: Hours may change as time progresses.
Additionally: Candidate should be open to other roles as well as role may shift as time progresses.
Key Responsibilities
Intake and Call Handling
- Answer inbound after-hours calls from parents, caregivers, and referral sources
- Provide calm, professional, and empathetic communication to families seeking ABA services
- Collect and verify intake information accurately
- Explain services, next steps, and expectations clearly
- Route or escalate urgent or clinical matters appropriately
Rethink Coordination and RBT Support
- Assist RBTs with logging into, navigating, and using the Rethink platform
- Provide training and guidance on how to use Rethink for session notes, data entry, and documentation
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and user errors
- Ensure RBTs are properly onboarded and comfortable using the system
- Serve as the first line of support for Rethink-related questions
Required Experience and Skills
- Prior experience inABA, behavioral health, or autism services
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology and workflows (RBTs, sessions, data collection, authorizations, etc.)
- Experience usingRethinkor similar ABA software platforms (CentralReach, Catalyst, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, neutral phone presence
- Ability to communicate calmly and clearly with both parents and clinicians
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain software in simple terms
- Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus
