Job Description
📋 Description
- Execute high impact territory initiatives and develop HCP/Investigator engagement plans aligned
- Identify and develop professional relationships with external experts in assigned geography.
- Deliver on territory plan objectives, meet deadlines, and document data observations (DPOs).
- Apply segmentation, DPOs, and optimal resource utilization in field activities.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies and documentation related to HCP interactions.
- Provide education on disease state, landscape, and AbbVie products to healthcare providers.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred; doctorate strongly preferred in health science or clinical discipline.
- 2+ years of clinical/scientific/research or industry experience preferred.
- Proven problem solving and analytics to translate needs into actions.
- Demonstrated leadership aligned with company initiatives and strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn scientific storytelling, mobilizers, and active listening.
- Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements and be willing to travel up to 75%.
