📋 Description

• Maintain facility safety, efficiency, and condition by handling a variety of maintenance and repair
• Inspect, service requests, equipment replacement, and system updates to keep the grow house running

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/certified building maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on building/facility maintenance experience.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance.
• Proactive, dependable, safety-focused; able to work independently or on a team.
• Clear communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
