📋 Description

• Lead two shifts in Starship Mechanisms shop
• Guide ~30 welders/technicians on production
• Drive safety, quality, and output for high-rate builds
• Develop training and monitor metrics for efficiency
• Coordinate multi-shift progression and tooling
• Maintain inventory and maintenance schedules

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's or 5+ yrs in aerospace/aviation/production
• Experience in sheet metal/assembly in aerospace
• Welding experience: GTAW, GMAW, or laser
