📋 Description
- Operate as manufacturing ops rep for contract partners across lines.
- Monitor production floors, packaging formats, and ERP data on site.
- Support product launches, scale-ups, and operational improvements.
- Verify production readiness via inventory checks and docs in ERP.
- Process work orders, POs, inventory transactions, and records in Ekos.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in beverage/food/CPG manufacturing or contract ops.
- Experience with ERP/production systems (Ekos preferred).
- Strong org, comms, problem‑solving; able to handle multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel ~60%+ to supplier sites.
- 21+ years old; strong relationship builder.
