Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the operating system for the product team — planning cadence, prioritization, metrics, and
• Define, implement, and enforce standards across the product org to improve PM effectiveness.
• Own quarterly planning cycle, roadmaps, artifacts (PRDs, one-pagers, launch briefs), and decision
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage prioritization, capacity, and intake for unplanned work.
• Build a robust voice-of-customer pipeline from Sales, CS, and Support and translate feedback into

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management/operations/PMO, supporting a product org of 10+ PMs
• Deep Jira expertise — workflows, schemes, custom fields, automation, advanced JQL, dashboards
• Fluency in product frameworks (RICE, WSJF, Jobs-to-be-Done, OKRs); strong judgment and adaptability
• Ability to build metrics/reports from raw data using SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• Experience running a voice-of-customer program and surfacing insights for decision-makers
• Experience defining OKRs and product KPIs; maintain cadence to keep them honest
