Maintenance Supervisor - Bexley at Tech Ridge

📋 Description

• Manage/service team to upkeep, inventory, and repairs of grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call with team.
• Hands-on role focused on quality service and resident experience.
• On-site leadership to ensure efficiency and occupancy targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trade-related experience; 1+ year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I & II or Universal).
• Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, and communications.
• Willing to share on-call; valid driver’s license and tools required.
• DMV/background checks will be conducted.
