Job Description
📋 Description
- Design, write, and deliver software and services to improve availability, scalability, reliability
- Solve problems related to mission critical services and build automation to prevent recurrence and
- Collaborate with Lambda Engineering and internal teams to influence designs, architectures
- Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, performance analysis, and system tuning.
- Produce documentation and artifacts for the systems you are responsible for.
🎯 Requirements
- Interest in system design, performance, scalability, and experience with multiple cloud platforms
- Think about edge cases, failure modes, and specific implementations.
- Experience with configuration management toolchains (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions
- Solid programming skills: Python, Go, etc.
- Ability to collaborate and document issues and solutions asynchronously.
- Proactive, go-for-it attitude with focus on quick, effective delivery and iteration.
