Director, Forward Deployed Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Delivery & Engagement Managers (DEMs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
• Partner with GTM and account teams to support discovery, scope, and contracting for FDE Services.
• Own the P&L for the segment and drive strategy to achieve business goals.
• Foster psychological safety and develop a high-performing, mission-focused team.
• Help close revenue opportunities and coach sales/pre-sales teams on value-based solutions.
• Communicate complex value-focused solutions and manage government sales cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. TS clearance or better required.
• 5+ years of second-line leadership; 10+ years overall; 20+ person teams.
• Domain expertise in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales or professional services.
• Proven success in strategic deal execution and large transactions.
• Track record building ecosystems of customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience positioning solutions in complex strategic accounts and driving durable consumption.
