- Lead CEG's end-to-end M&A integration strategy for acquired post-sale orgs
- Own integration governance and high-priority deal execution
- Manage external consultants and cross-functional teams
- Drive post-integration retrospectives and playbook improvements
- Represent CEG in IMO processes and set direction for workstreams
🎯 Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- 12–15+ years in strategy/ops, PMO, or mgmt consulting
- Proven M&A integration leadership in enterprise tech
- Cross-functional fluency with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, GTM
- Experience managing external consultants or SI partnerships
