Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Assist with managing service team for upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties as needed.
• Lead the service team to maximize rents and occupancy through professional maintenance practices.
• Provide customer-service driven support to residents, prospects and visitors.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trade-related experience with at least 2 years in apartment maintenance supervisory
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall and exterior maintenance knowledge.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience; ability to use business software to manage work orders and
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo DMV/background checks.
