- Provide one-to-one behavioral interventions for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
- Deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA strategies in home and clinic settings.
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to design treatment plans and track progress.
- Support families with coaching and ongoing communication about goals.
- Participate in training and certification processes to grow in the BT role.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with children preferred; autism experience a plus.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate, client-focused.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with basic EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
