Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to maintain upkeep, inventory and repair of
• Schedule and directly supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call with team.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and
• Maintain high occupancy and rents through professional maintenance practices and customer service.
• Hands-on role in a fast-paced environment to support residents and property operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation and tools; willing to share on-call.
