Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team activities to maintain property upkeep, inventory, and repairs.
• Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties with team.
• Work on-site with a supervisor and team; potential transfer to other communities as needed.
• Focus on professional maintenance practices to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years trade experience; at least 1 year of apartment maintenance lead/supervisory
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Computer skills for work orders, scheduling, and communication via email.
• Willing to share on-call duties; valid driver’s license and tools required.
