• Translate strategies into store-level allocation decisions
• Balance data-driven rigor with merchandising instincts
• Drive sell-through and protect core in-stocks
• Lead allocations for openings, remodels, and special projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency from concept to customer

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with allocation/planning systems
• Analytical with merchant instincts
• Strong communicator of inventory strategies and recommendations
• Proven ability to manage inventory across multiple locations
• Detail-oriented with ownership and follow-through
