Engineering Manager - Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead engineers building integrations between Mark43 core platform and third-party systems.
• Operate as a tech leader shaping architecture, delivery timelines, and complex implementation work.
• Review designs and code; drive solutions for distributed-systems problems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to deliver reliable APIs and data pipelines.
• Stay hands-on through design/code reviews and targeted implementation work for high-risk areas.
• Partner with US-based teams to align technology and business goals (rest APIs, queues, data

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend services and distributed
• Strong leadership: design/delivery leadership, mentoring, and accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with APIs, webhooks, asynchronous messaging, data pipelines, Java
• Experience defining API contracts and integration patterns; ability to break down complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to guide architecture decisions across APIs, queues, data pipelines, and
• Willingness to work in Manchester office at least three days per week; hybrid work model.
