📋 Description HR Employee Experience Specialist, first point of contact for operational HR matters across an Support HR processes from employment contract creation to reference letters. Promote a positive employee experience and ensure efficient HR execution in Day-to-day tasks. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll Partners; interface with Payroll Team. Drive optimization of existing HR processes and tools (HRIS Workday). Report to the HR Employee Experience Cluster Lead DACH, Iberia & Italy. 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years in operational HR within an international service-oriented org. Good knowledge of labor law; basic payroll tax and social security knowledge desirable. Experience with works councils; Betriebsverfassungsrecht knowledge advantageous. Analytical, customer-focused, team player with proactive approach.
