📋 Description Lead a distributed engineering team for an email security product line. Own architecture discussions, code quality, and production reliability. Guide technical direction, design decisions, and scalable solutions. Maintain production reliability via SLOs, monitoring, and capacity planning. Hands-on engineering participation: reviews, debugging, complex problems. Incident leadership during product issues and post-incident follow-ups. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a software engineer; 2+ years leading teams or managing engineers. Proven experience with distributed backend services in production. Strong Linux background; able to review production code and troubleshoot live systems. Hands-on Go and/or Python development; understanding of backend architecture and reliability. Experience making architectural decisions in complex domains; quick to gain new expertise.
