📋 Description Lead and support administration of clinical data management systems across studies. Serve as lead administrator for EDC systems in the United States. Manage user access, site setup, lab range uploads, subject administration, and site numbering Support integrations between EDC and other clinical platforms (TMS, IRT, MDM). Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Create and maintain documentation for EDC activities (procedures, work instructions, templates 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years (or Bachelor’s with 7+ years) of Hands-on experience administering clinical systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, or Oracle Experience with clinical data warehouse solutions and enterprise clinical tech environments. Proven ability to create/maintain SOPs, templates, and compliance docs. Experience with Jira and ServiceNow for ticketing/workflow management. Experience collaborating with Clinical Operations, Safety, Biometrics, and IT stakeholders. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $126,000 - $166,000 depending on experience.
