📋 Description Lead daily post-harvest processing activities in the trim room at the Lincoln, IL facility. Supervise a team of processing agents; ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Support quality control, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking; report to site leadership. Enforce trim specifications, yield targets, and proper handling by product type/grade. Coach team members on procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. Maintain clean, sanitary work environments and ensure accurate records are kept. 🎯 Requirements Two years of supervisory/managerial experience managing agents and operations. Production/food manufacturing background; cannabis experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail; ability to follow SOPs and maintain product quality. Effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team, peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
