📋 Description Define proactive KPI proposals to show improvement or capture deviation Prepare and maintain project docs, reports, and Azure DevOps dashboards Drive implementation of IT processes within the program Coach and mentor project teams to adopt IT processes Coordinate scheduling, agenda, and minutes for PMO sessions Monitor progress and support effective delivery with PM tools 🎯 Requirements 6-8 years IT experience; 1-3 years PM/PMO Practical Agile and Scrum knowledge Experience with large Scrum teams a plus Knowledge of defining and tracking KPIs Ability to create/modify processes, templates, guidelines MS Office, Power BI; experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online
