Build, configure, and maintain AI-assisted workflows with peers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years designing complex, web-based UIs (SaaS/B2B preferred) with systems-level ownership. Portfolio showing evidence-based decisions that changed outcomes. Strong research instincts in sprint environments; rigorous yet efficient. Design system creation/maintenance and reusable component patterns. Technical writing and ability to document clearly for AI and humans.
