Global Website Production Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate website requests, production activities, and publishing workflows across a global Manage updates, new page creation, localisation, and publishing schedules. Collaborate with content teams, designers, developers, and regional stakeholders for project Review briefs and translate requirements into clear tasks and production plans. Identify missing requirements, risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate as needed. Plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple website projects with competing deadlines. 🎯 Requirements Experience coordinating website production in a global environment. Strong understanding of CMS and website production workflows; Sitecore preferred. Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar PM tools. Strong project planning, ownership, dependencies, approvals, and resource allocation. Experience translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
