Improve enrollment, follow-up, and recipient experience processes. Coordinate with mobile money and telecom partners for payments. Monitor fraud risk with Internal Audit and safeguard standards. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of management experience, including managing managers. Strong project management across multiple workstreams. Excel and data skills; translate data into actions. Fluent Portuguese and English. Experience in cash transfer programming or humanitarian work a plus.
