📋 Description Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting equipment at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Deliver remote and on-site technical support as required. Train customers in proper machine operation and maintenance. Document and submit detailed service reports to support continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with customers and TOMRA teams to achieve high satisfaction while ensuring 🎯 Requirements Degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, or similar technical field (or equivalent Experience in on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance. Strong understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively. Excellent English communication skills (Afrikaans is an advantage). Nice to have: experience in food industry or sorting technologies; familiarity with PLCs 🎁 Benefits A competitive compensation package, base salary from 505,000 ZAR/year plus variable compensation Work equipment including laptop and cell phone subscription provided. 6-month probation period.
