📋 Description Payroll operations lead for Poland in a global payroll org Owner of end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product and Customer Success Coordinate with payroll partners and cross-functional stakeholders Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues Contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements in payroll 🎯 Requirements Mid-to-senior payroll ops experience in Poland Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing in Poland Experience with multi-country payroll environments and local regs Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting Ability to work with remote/global teams and async communication Fluency in English; additional languages a plus 🎁 Benefits Remote work from anywhere Flexible paid time off Flexible working hours 16 weeks paid parental leave Co-working, learning and wellness budget (gym memberships) Mental health support services
