📋 Description Deliver on-site and virtual training for clinicians and staff across systems Develop training programs linking system use to operational context Provide at-the-elbow support during go-lives and upgrades Assess end-user proficiency and follow-up training Create training materials, quick guides, and SOPs Stay current on system updates and best practices 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, or workflow optimization Experience redesigning clinical or admin workflows Proven ability to deliver training across multiple systems in healthcare Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience developing end-user documentation and training materials Ability to learn and train on new systems quickly
