📋 Description Supervise hourly employees in continuous plant production Support plant goals, safety, quality, and efficiency Monitor checks and review shift operations for improvements Ensure team training and adherence to procedures Monitor control charts and discuss shifts with key personnel Coach, counsel and discipline to maintain performance 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma with relevant experience considered Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shift (Days & Nights) 3+ years in manufacturing/production Leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in a union facility Previous glass industry experience preferred 🎁 Benefits Salary range around $80,000 to $90,000 8% shift bonus and up to 12% quarterly incentive bonus Medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage Pre-tax accounts and well-being program Life/AD&D, disability insurance and 401(k) with employer contributions Employee Assistance Program
