📋 Description Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services to children with neurodevelopmental Design and deliver life-changing care, focusing on growth, support, and meaningful progress for Deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other Follow Cortica’s strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model to empower each child Maintain thoughtful schedules, with a direct rate of pay and opportunities for additional hours on Collaborate with families, supervisors, and BCBA/ABA professionals to build supportive environments. 🎯 Requirements Experience providing behavioral services to children; autism experience is a plus. Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided). Strong collaboration with families, supervisors, and other clinicians; transdisciplinary approach Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius using reliable transportation.
