📋 Description Lead India fulfilment operations, collections & shipment performance Own India shipping and collections teams end-to-end, including day-to-day execution and escalations Ensure export processes, customs docs, duty drawback and carrier compliance are on time Manage relationships with carriers, customs agents, and logistics partners in India Represent India fulfilment in cross-functional forums and drive improvements 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in operations, fulfilment, logistics, or export/trade operations 5+ years managing or leading teams, including managers Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets; translate data into insights Ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, implement data-driven solutions Experience in fast-growing startup environments with evolving processes Clear, effective communicator and highly organized leader
