📋 Description Senior SME on cryptoasset sanctions; own end-to-end coverage of sanctioned entities and evasion Translate sanctions expertise into analytical outputs, monitoring processes, and communications. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams; represent capabilities to clients and Lead investigations into cryptoasset exposure to sanctioned entities and high-risk jurisdictions. Define the evolution of sanctions monitoring operating model and identify coverage gaps. Coach junior colleagues and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Significant experience as an intelligence analyst, investigator, or compliance specialist in Independent subject matter expertise in global sanctions regimes (OFAC, UK, EU, UN). Experience designing monitoring/alerting frameworks and playbooks; strong remediation capability. Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to produce stakeholder-ready outputs. Proficiency with blockchain analytics tools, OSINT, corporate registries, and adverse media. AI fluency; ability to apply AI tools to accelerate research, OSINT processing, and outputs. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid working; option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days/year.
