📋 Description Lead the development of critical mainframe applications. Hands-on COBOL development while mentoring team members. Analyze requirements and translate to scalable solutions. Design and troubleshoot batch and online (CICS) workflows. Manage job scheduling with tools like Control-M or CA-7.
