Lead PayOps

📋 Description Lead the payment operations for a greenfield regulated entity in France. Own end-to-end execution across SEPA transfers, direct debits, cards, international transfers Drive operating model, controls, scalability, and incident management for payments. Collaborate with Product, Tech, Compliance and external partners to shape tooling and runbooks. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in payments/financial operations or operational risk in high-volume environments. Experience with SEPA transfers, direct debits, cards, international transfers, cheques, cash Strong incident management, root-cause analysis, and escalation experience. Ability to design scalable processes, SLAs, runbooks and controls. Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Tech; experience in tooling/automation.
