Senior Director, Security Engineering

📋 Description Lead a security engineering team securing Ripple products, infra, and IT systems. Define security strategy and embed security across the technology stack. Ensure secure AI tooling and agentic workflows with auditable controls. Drive security guidelines across engineering and conduct architecture reviews. Own vulnerability management including pen testing and remediation. Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership on security priorities. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in security engineering with 5+ years in leadership. Hands-on AI security with guardrails for AI agents/workflows. Expert in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern app stacks. Cryptographic principles, secure coding, OWASP Top 10.
