📋 Description Lead data center and infrastructure systems operations with focus on reliability and execution Mentor a systems engineering team while remaining hands-on in architecture and incident response. Own core infrastructure domains across compute, storage, networking, and orchestration. Drive hardware reliability, maintenance planning, and lifecycle management. Improve provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure automation workflows. Coordinate with partners, contractors, and vendors to meet standards. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in systems engineering or related field with hands-on depth. 2+ years leading engineers or technical teams in a manager or lead role. Experience in data center systems, storage, networking, virtualization, and distributed systems. Ability to troubleshoot complex failures across hardware, OS, networking, and orchestration. Experience designing or improving infrastructure automation and IaC tooling (Terraform preferred).
