📋 Description Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team focused on email security product line. Oversee delivery, architecture, and production reliability; ensure release quality and continuous Collaborate with product leadership to identify risks, capacity challenges, and align execution Engage in hands-on activities including design/code reviews, debugging, and complex problem solving. Serve as incident leader during critical issues with coordinated response and post-incident Establish remote collaboration practices and promote AI-assisted engineering workflows. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a software engineer; 2+ years leading engineering teams. Proven experience delivering and operating distributed backend services in production. Strong Linux background; ability to review production code and troubleshoot live systems. Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python; understanding of backend architecture and reliability. Experience making architectural decisions in complex domains; quick mastery of new areas.
