📋 Description Own on-time delivery performance and cost for inbound from vendors to fulfillment centers, domestic Lead carrier relationships across five freight modes; conduct QBRs and contract negotiations with Validate freight invoicing and partner with Product/Engineering to automate dashboards/workflows. Split inbound function with dedicated ownership; build inbound roadmap and carrier baselines. Remote-first role with roughly 15% travel including quarterly fulfillment center visits. 🎯 Requirements Deep international trade experience across ocean/air freight; customs documentation and trade Proven carrier negotiator across LTL, TL, Intermodal, Ocean, and Air; contract terms and QBRs. Track record of improving inbound on-time delivery metrics. Fluent in TMS platforms, carrier portals, invoice auditing tools, and scheduling systems. Comfortable building views in Sigma, Snowflake, or equivalent tooling; data-driven mindset.
