Staff Engineer - SDE

📋 Description Own architecture and evolution of platform services within NELD and/or Ingestion. Anchor one primary domain and influence cross‑team architecture. Design scalable ingestion pipelines for logs, telematics, and event data. Define data contracts and APIs for cross‑team consumption. 🎯 Requirements Strong CS fundamentals (DSA and system design). Hands‑on backend with Java and Spring Boot. Distributed systems concepts: consistency, durability, retries, idempotency, backpressure Practical experience with Kafka / Kinesis / Pulsar or similar messaging systems. Experience operating production systems (on‑call, incidents, postmortems). Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
