📋 Description Oversee on-the-ground operations for STILE DTLA. Maintain equipment, systems and building components (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration Tend to painting, lighting, locks, and furniture installations. Inspect machinery, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs with team. Ensure structural integrity and participate in training sessions. Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and guest inquiries. 🎯 Requirements Previous hotel or large-site maintenance experience preferred. Comfort with mobile tech and learning new systems. Flexible schedule with ability to respond to emergencies. Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team. Comfortable lifting 25-50 pounds and standing for long periods.
