Senior Director, Security Engineering

📋 Description Lead a team of Security Engineers to secure Ripple's products, infrastructure, and IT systems. Define security strategy and foster a company-wide security culture. Ensure AI tooling and agentic workflows are secure, controlled, and auditable. Own security guidelines across engineering and lead security architecture reviews. Oversee vulnerability management, including pen tests and remediation prioritization. Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership to align security priorities. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in security engineering; 5+ years in leadership/management. Hands-on AI security expertise and guardrails for AI agents and development workflows. Expert in security architecture across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern stacks. Strong cryptography knowledge and secure coding; familiarity with OWASP Top 10. Experience with OAuth, SAML, OIDC and related security implications.
