📋 Description Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across teams and systems from Own and evolve architecture for scalable, reliable, maintainable services. Drive technical strategy to simplify systems and boost engineering velocity. Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into actionable Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards, code quality, testing, and observability. Promote AI adoption to unlock new capabilities and drive innovation. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems in production. Strong backend expertise (Java or Kotlin preferred) with ability to contribute across the stack. Experience designing scalable architectures and making tech tradeoffs across multiple teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
