Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description Offboarding: manage end-to-end exits across jurisdictions with a focus on client experience. Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, contracts and redundancies with legal Lead client and employee meetings; manage negotiations and outcomes in separations. Coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal, government bodies, unions) to ensure compliant offboarding. Draft and tailor termination documents; maintain accurate, confidential records. Collaborate across Lifecycle team to improve processes and automation. 🎯 Requirements HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR experience across the lifecycle. Strong track record in voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions. Ability to interpret industrial instruments; analyze HR issues and provide practical solutions. Knowledge of employee relations concepts, discipline, and investigations. Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality; able to lead difficult conversations.
