People Services Advisor - Middle East - FTC

📋 Description Join Deliveroo as People Services Advisor for UAE & Kuwait region. 6-month FTC in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Dubai. Provide first-line HR support and administration for employees and managers. Own end-to-end HR operations and data integrity across the region. Support onboarding, visa processes, offboarding, and payroll preparation. 🎯 Requirements Proven HR administration or People Services experience (ideally UAE). Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and visa/sponsorship experience. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS. Excellent organizational and multi-channel query handling.
