Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance. Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management. Organize service reviews and performance reporting. Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities. Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements.
